Refunds

At BUDHHU , all our products are customized to perfection, so we do not offer refunds or cancellation refunds. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges! You can easily exchange your product for another item or size. Conditions apply: products must be unused, tagged, and in original condition.

Exchanges

For exchanges, a convenience fee and shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied. Please ensure you refer to the size chart before placing your order to avoid additional exchange charges. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. After this period, no exchange requests will be accepted.

Procedure for Exchange and Refund

2. Click on "Exchange My Order".
3. Choose the reason for your request and upload images of the product with the label and tag visible. Additionally, provide a detailed explanation of why you want to exchange .
4. Once your request is accepted, we will arrange to pick up the product from your address and deliver the exchange product.
